This workshop is designed to develop basic acting skills through a variety of creative activities. Relaxation techniques, vocal exercises, acting games, and scene studies will be a component of each session. In addition, over the three sessions each student will develop and present a short monologue which could be used as and audition piece.
Veteran Springville Players Susan Sorensen will lead three sessions of acting exercises and scene work beneficial to both new and experienced actors. As a member of the Players since 1971 Susan has directed over forty plays and musicals for SCA, East Aurora Players, and the U.B. Theater Department.
