“I am,” the Root Chakra, our most physical of the chakras, is associated with our sense of trust and security.
The Muladhara is our “rooting” and is our most instinctive chakra, governing our survival instincts and our
connectedness to our bodies as vehicles that navigate our world and governed by the color red. Students
will explore the Muladhara by learning how incense is made and grind root, resin and other gifts from the
earth to craft their personalized incense. Students will leave with their own infused and charged incense
and a supply of igniting blocks for use at home.
