March 2 from 10am – 1pm
Create a 6 in. egg basket. This basket is ribbed, woven with flat reed and of the Appalachian style. Participants should bring an old towel, a measuring tape, sharp scissors and a spray bottle. Space is limited, register by 2/15.
Instructor Ellen McCarthy lives in Delevan spending time with her family and caring for two horses and a small flock of sheep. She is a weaver and enjoys many fiber related crafts. She has been making baskets and teaching workshops to both youth and adults for many years.
