The Arts Center will host a juried Community Art Exhibit featuring 2-D and 3-D work to showcase the abundance of local fine art. The exhibit is open to artists in all media, there is no specific theme or size limitation and should represent the artists’ best efforts. All work must be ready to be hung. Two-dimensional work should have appropriate hardware and wire for hanging, no saw tooth or triangle hangers. Artists are invited to digitally submit up to three pieces by February 8, 2019.
Juror Grace Meibohm is a third-generation owner of the 118 year old family art business, Meibohm Fine Arts, Inc. in East Aurora, NY. A graduate of Daemen College and plenty of early hands-on experience with her father Walter, she has continued and grown the service orientated gallery and frame shop to feature regular exhibitions of established and emerging regional artists and a continually expanding reference of contemporary and historical artists. www.meibohmfinearts.com
