This juried exhibit will feature high quality, unique fine crafts in a variety of mediums: ceramics, metalwork, woodworking, fiber, glass, etc. The exhibit will be on display from July 11, 2018 – August 18, 2018.

 

Exhibition Dates:
Digital images: Due to SCA by June 23, 2018
Artist notification of acceptance: By June 30, 2018
Drop-off art work: July 6, 2018 from 12 noon to 5:00 pm. July 7, 2018 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

About the juror: Judson Brown is a realist artist who taught art for 40 years. Mr. Brown earned his BS and MS degrees in Art Education from Buffalo State College with a teaching career that ranged from elementary through junior college. He maintains an active involvement with contemporary artists and art organizations and continues to teach adult workshops as well as taking them from respected instructors. He has served as juror for art societies, college level exhibitions and regional shows accepting varied media. Participation in exhibitions and shows has earned Judson numerous awards and recognition. Judson continues to exhibit his painting at View and Gallery 3040 in the Adirondacks and Ameri-Can in Ellicottville, NY.

Guidelines and Requirements: Artists may submit up to three (3) unique pieces digitally by June 23, 2018. Pieces should exhibit high quality craftsmanship in ceramics, metalwork, woodworking, fiber, glass, etc. Digital photographs of the work should be sent to scaartsubmissions@gmail.com along with a completed Art Submission Form.

Accepted work must be either ready to hang, or for 3-D works, able to be installed on a flat surface.
