Students will work with the same scene in two contrasting settings: seasons (summer/fall), morning light/ evening, or two different views of the scene. Students will work in their medium of choice on smaller canvases (max. size 9” x 12”), starting one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Instructor will talk about the effects of photography. Students should bring reference photos and sketches to work from, as well as their own materials. With Charlie Houseman.
