Kody & Herren
“Influenced by a wide range of Rock, Blues, Country and Traditional Folk music, Nick Kody and Lydia Herren offer a unique and diverse interpretation of the Americana genre through both their recorded work and live performances. Based in Springville, New York, both musicians are multi-instrumentalists, performing on guitar, violin, harmonica, piano, and more. Nick and Lydia’s original material is inspired heavily by roots music and their duets provide a strong chemistry on stage. Vocal harmonies and the overall dynamics of a song are very important to them and they aim to entertain an audience.”

Ryan Kaminski
Ryan Kaminski has been writing songs and playing in bands since he was fifteen years old. Since 2012 he’s been focused on his work as a solo artist. His live show features upbeat pop/rock covers from the 1950s-today as well as original music. As a multi-instrumentalist, Ryan performs on acoustic & electric guitar, ukulele, beatbox/percussion, and incorporates live looping into many of his songs. His background in choral music allows him to loop multiple layers of backing vocals, giving some songs a retro, doo-wop feel. In 2014, Ryan released his debut EP of original music, Where It Starts.
In addition to entertaining as a solo artist, Ryan is active in many other aspects of the Buffalo music community: Ryan is currently the Vocal/General Music Teacher at St. Mary’s High School in Lancaster; he was part of the Artie-award winning ensemble of Urinetown with Subversive Theatre; he is an active member of one of Buffalo’s finest choral ensembles, Harmonia Chamber Singers; he is the founder/director of the Lancaster Depew Community Chorus, and he serves as music director for the Lancaster Youth Bureau Summer Performing Arts Academy. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia and his masters in Choral Conducting from Mansfield University.

Maria Sebastian
Maria Sebastian is mostly known for her versatility. She regularly plays folk, rock (’90s alternative and classic), classic country / Americana, American songbook pop / jazz as well as her own original music, a blend of these. She has released 8 CDs, is working on her ninth in 2021 (including vinyl), and has opened for dozens of national acts in various genres. She has also recorded with many of their members, most notably writing, recording, and performing from 1996-2001 with famed Steve Miller Band (others) drummer Gary Mallaber and ex Red Hot Chili Pepper guitarist Jack Sherman. She has earned 18 local (WNY) and international music awards and has had music placed in television (Melrose Place) and film (Narc 2015). Maria performs regularly and has opened 8 times for Roger McGuinn of The Byrds, and 3 times for folk favorite Vance Gilbert, and in 2010/11, she toured parts of the US with 10,000 Maniacs as a backing vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Her 2009 CD, Yellow Envelope, has earned her praise among all it has been passed on to, including The Hudson Valley’s Daily Freeman (“Sebastian has a great record on her hands here.”) She has produced tributes in recent years as well including her “Cline / Murray / Cash” full-band show playing songs by Patsy Cline, Anne Murray, and Roseanne Cash. This show was nominated by JazzBuffalo as a 2019 highlight after a sold-out show at Hotel Henry. 2020: Maria’s new indie rock collaboration with sound engineer and bassist Marc Hunt is now available on Bandcamp and soon available at your favorite distributor. Maria was inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame in 2021.

Tim Britt
Tim Britt, of Buffalo, NY is a self taught musician who got his start playing as a teen in the local clubs of his hometown of Whitesboro, NY. Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from The University At Buffalo he chose to pursue the business of music and has since taken over the Buffalo area by storm. He is credited with writing and recording the theme song “Attention: Love Spreads” for the Move for ALS campaign in 2010. Britt was awarded Best Original Solo Artist of 2012, 2013, and 2014 by Buffalo Nightlife Magazine and was named 2015’s Best Acoustic Act by Artvoice Best of Buffalo. In March of 2014 he won the Shea’s Performing Arts Center’s Once “No City Without Music” contest in overwhelming fashion. He has shared the stage with Boyd Tinsley of The Dave Matthews Band and opened for such artists as John Popper, Elephant Revival, Ryan Montbleau, Willie Nile, TR3 featuring Tim Reynolds, and Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees.
With an engaging personality, and vocals that range from a soft vibrato to a raspy rocker, from an operatic falsetto to a mellow baritone, this solo acoustic act continually proves he can entertain a vast audience, and never fails to impress. His original songs have an appealing style of honesty with bluesy undertones, and range from love songs, to contagious crowd sing-alongs. When Tim isn’t playing an all original show he has a set list of covers from numerous decades and genres, including everything from the Beatles, to Dave Matthews, to Johnny Cash, to AC/DC, to Whitney Houston, to Mumford & Sons. His ability to combine humor, sensitivity, emotion, and true passion in his vocals, with a percussive approach to guitar, intricate finger work, and a looping system that can layer harmonies, rhythms, and sound effects, make this entertainer not only unique, but a refreshing change to the music scene.
