Create a decorative mosaic tile using glass. Students will learn basic glass cutting, pattern design, and grouting techniques. 2 sessions.
10/23 & 10/30 from 9am to noon
First session we will be creating our pattern, cutting and adhering glass. Second session we will be finishing and grouting.
$55 / $50 SCA Members

Stacey LeChevet: Stacey has been teaching high school art for almost 30 years. When her ( now adult) kids were younger, she had stopped making her own art because she just didn’t have time for it. She took a mixed media class at Springville Center for the Arts when it was still on Main St. It was exactly what she was looking for! It was the spark that she needed to start creating again. Since that time she has had her work in a number of shows, and she has completed a number of public murals. Painting and sculpture are her passion.
