Live Figure Sculpture: Saturday, February 19 from 9-1pm
Emphasis will be on observation and study of the human form. Balance, proportion, and anatomy will be discussed. Students will construct an armature which will serve as a “skeleton”. Modeling clay will be added to create form. A variety of sculpting tools will be discussed and utilized in class. Each student will leave with their own sculptural rendering of the model.
