Playwriting Workshop

This adult course will begin with some useful strategies for developing characters, relationships and conflicts: telling a story that’s uniquely yours, without just telling your own story. Please note that this is not an industry-insider-marketing-submission workshop, the focus will be on strengthening storytelling skills. Participants are encouraged not to arrive with a draft or story idea, these important steps are part of the workshop. With John Snodgrass.
J. Snodgrass is a teacher and writer whose credits include the Maxim Mazumdar Award winning play “Kick Your Heels Up and Shout,” and the Artie-nominated “Rust & Redemption.” His scripts have been produced off-Broadway, at the Springville Center for the Arts, and at numerous theaters in Buffalo.
