Chakras are energetic power centers that form an important part of our creative identities, and are accessible through many associations ranging from color, scent and even certain foods. Understanding and unlocking these points have a powerful impact on our ability to feel, embody our power, speak, sing, dance and create. These workshops are designed to be taken as a series but each class stands alone – previous workshops in the series are not needed to join in the experiences. With Tami Fuller.
Starting at the beginning with “I am,” the Root Chakra, is our sense of trust and security. It is our most instinctive chakra, governing our survival instincts and our connectedness to our bodies as vehicles that navigate our world. Students will explore the root chakra by learning how incense is made, and grind root, resin and other gifts from the earth to craft their own one of a kind incense charged for at home use.
