Over his diverse twenty year career, Liam has earned a name on guitar, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, piano and harmony vocals. His music has been featured on PBS, HBO, ESPN and A&E. He spent 11 years performing with internationally recognized country artists including Rodney Atkins, Bret Eldredge and others on landmark stages such as Red Rocks, The Grand Ole Opry, Radio City Music Hall, The Hollywood Bowl, The Beacon Theater and Times Square on New Years Eve. This SGI grad and son of long-time choral director Doug Bailey, returns to Springville for a mini-residency with Rohin Khemani, a founding member of Red Baraat, and Sarah Siskind.
After moving to Nashville at the age of 20, Siskind’s song “Goodbye Is All We Have” was recorded by Alison Krauss. Siskind went to have songs recorded by Randy Travis, Wynonna, Point of Grace, Madi Diaz, and countless others. Her music has also found its way onto television, where her songs have been heavily featured on multiple shows including CMT’s’s Nashville. Her notoriety as a songwriter has not overshadowed her virtuosity as an artist, with The Huffington Post stating, “Siskind has been compared to Bonnie Raitt and Brandi Carlile, but in my humble opinion, she’s incomparable.”
Songwriting workshops, jam sessions, and more will be announced.
